New Appointment – Regional Head of Engineering in Asia-Pacific

Leong Peng Seng has been appointed as Regional Head of Engineering for the voice and network in Asia. Leong has extensive experience in this area of expertise having previously built similar networks for other operators in the region. He has overseen the expansion of the ASPone network into Asia which took place in record time. He has more than 30years experience in the telecommunications market in Asia and also doing stint in Middle East on the cable system.
